The Salon at Sevenoaks is a three bedroom apartment that sleeps up to six people and is available for stays from seven nights to three months.
It is located on the top floor of a quiet and relaxed complex in Maylands, only six kilometres east of the City of Perth.
There are two flights of about 10 stairs each to reach the flat. There is no lift.
Your neighbours are a mix of long term renters, owner occupiers and a few short termers.
Two queen sized beds and one double with all bedding and linen are provided.
A wall mounted air conditioner in the master bedroom, wall mounted fans in the other two bedrooms and a ceiling fan in the lounge are installed for your comfort. One wall mounted and two oil filled heaters provide an ambient temperature in Winter.
The dining table seats up to six guests.
There are silk and wool rugs on tiled floors for easy cleaning.

This is one of 21 flats in the complex - a quiet mix of owner occupiers, long and short term renters. There's an eclectic shopping strip a short walk from your door including vintage and organic stores and a wonderful selection of coffee houses, even a New York style bar called Swallow! Supermarkets and services in walking distance as well as the local library and the gorgeous parklands of the Swan river!
The bus to town is 100 metres from your door with Meltham as your closest train station connecting you within five stops to the City of Perth and less than 30 minutes to Cottesloe Beach and then on to Fremantle without changing trains!
