The two reception staff members wearing grey jackets, particularly Adama and his colleague, were exceptionally helpful and professional. When we checked out at around 9:30 a.m. on June 5, we accidentally left my wife’s wedding ring behind. Thanks to their swift action, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to help, they quickly located the ring and ensured it was safely returned to us. Their efficiency, honesty, and excellent customer service turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a positive experience. We are extremely grateful for their help and would like to recognize them for their outstanding service. I also loved the 10th floor lounge
