The location is perfect. The lady at the breakfast was amazing, very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately our stay started off very bad, I was charged for a room with a view to the fountain and was given that key...Only to later be told the room was overbooked and asked to change rooms (without change in nightly rate) and have my pregnant wife move to another room... Once we moved we found out the room wasn't ready and even were yelled at by the cleaning lady. My pregnant wife had to wait outside the room until it was cleaned halfway so we can entered. (they only changed the sheets and cleaned the restroom; floor was dirty). Also the older black (afro-european) man in front desk was very very helpful and friendly. Him and the lady at breakfast made a terrible stay feel better.

Too bad this hotel have the best location for a visit to rome. Bad is all bad there. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT STAY IM A GOLDEN MEMBER NEVER HAVE THAT TREATMENT AT ALL. NEVER EVER ROOM 208. Per quelli che parlano o riesgono a capire italiano. Questo albergo fa propio schiffo.niente e Nessuno e pulito. Non sano come tratare l ospite le camere oddore pulizie in generale da morire. Lunica cosa buona e l ubicazione. One thing is that they are doing some renovations. But the rest is BAD

Fantastic location. Room was lovely, comfortable bed. Unfortunately we had no hot water for half of our 3 day stay. Staff were welcoming on our arrival. Breakfast had a variety of fruit, meats, pastries etc, sadly no "proper" coffee as the coffee machine was out of order.

The location RIGHT across from the Trevi Fountain is fantastic. This does come with a bit of nighttime noise from the crowds on the street. And the street there is extremely crowded shoulder to shoulder at the fountain. It adds a bit of excitement to the stay. But if you want more peace and quiet it might not be for you. The hotel itself was very quiet - it's just the people outside that sing and cheer etc....Our room was on the side. Lovely staff!
