Excellent location for the price

The hotel is a stone's throw away from the town center, with lot of options for food, entertainment and transport. The property seems old, which is perhaps why the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. If you can look past that, excellent choice for the price.

Stayed only a couple of nights but if I go back to Budapest. I would stay here each and every time. The staff are warm and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The room wss comfortable and clean and also more spacious than most. Breakfast is available and I can highly recommend the food available. Special thanks to the conceirge staff who wwre fruendly and very professional. Nothing was a bother for them and they made my stay there even more enjoyable.

Fabulous stay, greeted with a very warm welcome. Give information about the area and information about the facilities. We arrived a few hours early and were shown straight to our room. We had a triple room with plenty of space for us all, it was cosy and warm and the beds very comfy. The hotel is perfectly situated for sight-seeing. We took a 2 hour Segway tour from a shop 3 minutes walk from the hotel, which showed us all key sites. Plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and fast food options within a couple of minutes walk. Breakfast was good and we were offered the option to leave our luggage for the day. Shuttle bus to the airport is 6 minutes easy walk away.

Very rude staff. No change of towels after 4 night stay. No lift and had to pay for staff member to take my case upstairs. Charge for left luggage (after 10am). No kettle in room (again an extra charge). 1st breakfast started at 7.30 and not a minute earlier! Would not stay again.

The hotel is very old

This hotel is not a 3 stars hotel but only a 1 star ! The service is awful, they put in a room with a very small window and the corridor outside was full of rubbish and not clean at all. At least I could changed room ( after a long negotiation) it’s certainly was bigger but the view wasn’t nice and I couldn’t opened the window ! There was a big flack on the roof and the sheets were dirty not even a water bottle in the room ! They weren’t very helpful at reception ( only one of the night receptionist was nice ) They yelled on me just because I took a 🍌 out of the breakfast room ! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone ( the only good thing is that it’s easy to move around )

Estuvimos en una habitación en la primera planta, grande y cómoda. El baño estaba completo, pero la ducha era muy pequeña, no podías moverte bien y eso que nosotros no superamos el metro 60 de altura. Al entrar y salir del hotel, no tuvimos problemas con el proceso de check in/out, el personal muy amable y atento. El desayuno incluido está muy bien, aunque un poco básico y limitado, es sabroso. Hay huevos, salchichas, jamón, queso, una pequeña selección de verduras y frutas frescas, también cereales, yogures, pan y bollería, el café muy bueno y el comedor pequeño, pero acogedor. La ubicación está muy bien, caminando llegas a todos lados, es seguro y tranquilo de noche.
