The location, price and services were great! With COVID still in effect and the restrictions in place locally, the hotel still provided good amenities and services. Very helpful staff and the hotel was clean, comfortable and just great overall.

Nicely updated rooms. We stayed in the family suite, was enough space for 4 adults and 1 1/2 yr old. Staff was extremely nice. Had no problems getting extra towels and garbage bags. We would stay here again.

Needed a New Year get-a-way and decided to try the Grand Beach based on reviews found on Hotels.com. I decided to splurge and get the family suite, knowing that we would be spending a good deal of time in the room. This is a nice property. I will start by saying that the staff is great. They were all friendly and willing to help without hesitation. The pool area and common spaces are clean and well kept. The suite was perfect for allowing us to relax and have space to sit without being on top of each other. I give it 4 stars because the room could use some maintenance. The pocket doors on the bathroom are not aligned well, and pretty noisy. The toilet was not completely secured to the ground, and would move considerably. Potential cause for a leak(which would only be a problem for the people below). The shower head has a really wide spray angle...not a huge deal. Our room was adjacent to the elevator, which has a really noisy fan. I'm a commercial facility manager, so I guess I may be a little picky. Overall a great stay, and would for sure consider it again.

We were hesitant to stay anywhere because of Covid but we had to travel to TC. The hotel was fantastic with safety, cleanliness, and accessibility. The staff was phenomenal. On more than one occasion they texted my wife to just check and make sure everything was okay, asking if we needed anything. I was incredibly impressed with the whole operation. Great job.

In town for a girl's shopping trip. Roma, at the front desk, was courteous and accommodating. I was so thrilled the pool and hot tub were open, even during Covid times. Made for a relaxing evening at the end of a long, snowy day. Didn't take advantage of the free breakfast they provided delivery to your room, but a very nice option. Thank you for a great visit, I'll be back! :)
