An average stay!!
Got to the hotel to check in. I was pretty impressed on how thorough and friendly the staff was. The room is definitely odd as the bathroom sits between the 2 beds. It wasn't a big deal until we chose which bed we actually wanted to sleep in that night. If you're gonna sleep in the bed furthest from the front door, I would suggest cranking the heat to it's highest point. The heat hardly makes it ro that side of the room, which made the bathroom floor very cold. If you sleep by the front door, the you have to find the right temperature for your liking which is tricky. The beds were pretty decent, the breakfast was good, parking was convenient if you're able to get a spot in time. The water was just warm our last day before checking out and the cable went in and out. I know it sounds like a lot of complaining but it's just alot of smaller things that need attention. If you're looking for a place just to lay your head, the price and location is great. The view was good. You're only about 15-20 minute ride from Gatlinburg. If they can take care of these small things, it would be a great stay. Was just "GOOD" in my opinion.

Surprisingly NICE!
We visit often from Ohio. We are particular at our age😁. This place is super clean, the beds are wonderful if you enjoy a soft mattress and the river view is awesome. Our room had 2 king beds in a split setup. King bed upon entry, sink area in the middle of the room with a separate toilet and shower room, then the other king bed. There is a microwave, small refrigerator and desk in the second area. This is where the door to the balcony is located overlooking the stream. We were in the 2nd building by the campground and it was very quiet. Breakfast consisted of eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits with gravy, cold cereal, mixed fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee, cappuccino (delicious!), and a machine that makes pancakes!! Friendly staff and reasonable rates. This will be our go to spot when we visit the Smokies ❤️ **. The only complaint is the shower curtain blows and sticks on you. A simple curved rod would fix this.

This was a great get-away for me and my husband. Not a lot of frills, but I don’t care about those. What I did enjoy was the the small kitchen that allowed us to eat in some evenings. And we travel a lot, and this place was one of the cleanest rooms we have ever stayed at....We would definitely book again.

Awesome get away location. Beautiful view of the creek. Spacious room and awesome breakfast delivered to our room everyday upon our request. Plenty of delivery services available from grocery stores or restaurant's to where you never have to leave your room!! It was exactly what we needed!

Overall experience
The size of the room was perfect for a girls trip and we had a River view. Our only problem was there is not enough parking for they amount of rooms. And the wifi never worked. We called the front desk and they didn’t have any answer as to why the wifi wasn’t working. I booked this room because it said wifi accessible and 3 of us are teachers. We came for a weekend getaway but had to virtual teach on Friday. We couldn’t do that with no wifi.
