Surprisingly NICE!
We visit often from Ohio. We are particular at our age😁. This place is super clean, the beds are wonderful if you enjoy a soft mattress and the river view is awesome. Our room had 2 king beds in a split setup. King bed upon entry, sink area in the middle of the room with a separate toilet and shower room, then the other king bed. There is a microwave, small refrigerator and desk in the second area. This is where the door to the balcony is located overlooking the stream. We were in the 2nd building by the campground and it was very quiet. Breakfast consisted of eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits with gravy, cold cereal, mixed fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee, cappuccino (delicious!), and a machine that makes pancakes!! Friendly staff and reasonable rates. This will be our go to spot when we visit the Smokies ❤️ **. The only complaint is the shower curtain blows and sticks on you. A simple curved rod would fix this.

This was a great get-away for me and my husband. Not a lot of frills, but I don’t care about those. What I did enjoy was the the small kitchen that allowed us to eat in some evenings. And we travel a lot, and this place was one of the cleanest rooms we have ever stayed at....We would definitely book again.

Definietly coming back!!
Awesome get away location. Beautiful view of the creek. Spacious room and awesome breakfast delivered to our room everyday upon our request. Plenty of delivery services available from grocery stores or restaurant's to where you never have to leave your room!! It was exactly what we needed!

Overall experience
The size of the room was perfect for a girls trip and we had a River view. Our only problem was there is not enough parking for they amount of rooms. And the wifi never worked. We called the front desk and they didn’t have any answer as to why the wifi wasn’t working. I booked this room because it said wifi accessible and 3 of us are teachers. We came for a weekend getaway but had to virtual teach on Friday. We couldn’t do that with no wifi.

Peaceful
Serene, water view! The water was flowing heavy and you can easily hear it in the parking area. My kids loved feeding the ducks & geese. The Pigeons are EVERYWHERE so take that into account when lounging on the balcony (they like to share snacks). I wish there was a screen option for the door or the back window opened so we could have enjoyed the sound without waking up with birds in our room. The hot breakfast was a nice treat, The layout of the property is really confusing, but we figured it out. Elevator was out of service when we were checking out, which made moving luggage difficult, but other then that the room was extremely clean and quite large if you compare it to other basic rooms, beds were a tad uncomfortable, but we were to tired to really care. Beautiful location, right in between the island & Gatlinburg, easy to get to 441.
