Nice place to stay, a little out of the way but that can be a good thing,only Thai stations on the tv and very poor internet connection. Great Staff, would stay again.

Great customer service, organisation of transport to hotel from the airport went smoothly even though our flight was delayed. Our cleaner did an amazing job, everyday we came back and our room was spotless. The staff was very lovely and welcoming and made our stay very enjoyable.

A bargain price with happy, helpful staff. Comfortable room with great AC and bathroom with big bath and a shower over it. Balcony over looking banana trees. Many steps to get anywhere but keeps one fit! Clean free form pool with operating water fall. Buffet breakfast tended to be a bit cold as underneath heater often blew out. Tasty meals at very reasonable price for dinner. Shuttle service to beach but only 3 times a day.

We have just got back from a stay at the Club Bamboo which was very pleading. For our first few nights we stayed in a Duluxe Bungalow which was very nice however was open to mosquitos as well being woken up by the sun at the crack of dawn. We then shift to a Grand Deluxe Double room which was fantastic, we had a pool view and the room was clean and tidy with good working AC. The room was cleaned each day and the staff where very friendly and always helpful. Restaurant is a nice retreat with nice food at a reasonable price. The hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of Patong its about 15 mins from the beach or 200bht in a tuk tuk. Over all would stay again and would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice retreat from the hustle and bustle of town.

First off I have to say that this property does have a few nice looking bungalows and I’m sure that some of the rooms in the hotel part are nice. On Expedia the pictures make the hotel look decent. This was not our experience. At check in we were greeted by a nice young girl. The check in part was fast and easy. The room that was given to us was a different story. The room that we had was B06. It was below one of the bungalows. It had a slight dungeon like feel. Once we got it the room we could see that it was quite outdated. The couch to the left of entrance was stained. The curtain rod over the front sliding door was falling off the ceiling. Two of the ceiling anchors had broke through the drywall, the latch for the door was not very secure(didn’t look safe). The bathroom was a mess the mirror was falling apart the sink was dingy, the ceiling falling apart in some places. I’m about 6’2” and if you were to take a shower your head would just about hit the ceiling. the bed was also a little disturbing. I took off some pillow cases and noticed the pillows were old moldy and has sweat stains on them. I could go on and on. Needless to say we immediately checked out and found a better hotel. Thanks Expedia. I’m probably out the money I spent on the place but it was worth the cost to get our of there!!!

Just stayed at bamboo first room they put me in the bathroom was horrible so wast happy about that , I also payed for a deluxe room which was certainly far from a deluxe room when I complained to management I found a very rude and arrogant non helpful an pure English spoken staff. She then went on to change to a room which the exact same condition as the first along with hot water in the bathroom being non existent as well as the sockets in the room being loose and dangerous. Additionally when I was checking out they give me a bill for water which I did not used however I already signed the form as usual you don’t expect to pay for something that I didn’t use . When trying to explain the situation to management they made no effort to listen and took in no information that I was saying and there attitude was you have signed so it is too late . Overall this hotel is in need of a refurbishment also the reception area when wanting to go too pool there is a large number of uneven steps which is stupid. On a positive note I would like to add that the restraunt staff and the other memberss of staff excluding mangament where great and very helpful
