Seriously disappointing
Really disappointing stay. The hotel is in desperate need of renovation. It all looks like Miami circa 1982. In the meantime they could at least replace the mattresses. The bed was so useless and uncomfortable we genuinely considered sleeping on the floor. Breakfast is meh. Make sure you get there early as nothing is replaced so everything goes hard or slushy, and if you arrive from 10am the staff are almost chasing you out to clear by 10.30am. The staff are as unimpressed with being there as the guests are and it shows in their attitude. The guy who checked us in at Reception was outright rude. Location is good so that’s its saving grace.

The hotel is very nice and staff are polite and go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. The room I stayed was one of the smallest hotel rooms I've seen in my life. It had just a very small window and felt claustrophobic. I went away for a few days and they upgraded me to a bigger room, although with a king size bed instead of separate beds as requested at the booking.
