Well I checked in 3hours after regular check in… got up to my room and there were people sitting in the room… with door open. The housekeeper across the hall told me (like it was no problem) “Oh they are just chillin in there until I finish cleaning their room, just give me a few minutes”. What!?! Wow… so much for complying to Covid-19 policy.. let alone STANDARD OBVIOUS reasons why I wouldn’t just want to stand and wait for MY ROOM that I have already PAID for to get emptied out from another family with kids!

The heater was broke. The coffee was cold. The juice was sour. The bed was broke. Dogs were barking in the room next to me for hours. The phone was broke.

first room we got the bed was broken so the moved us to another room and we did not check the bed till we came back at night and it was broken also. so we went down to get another room and they gave us key cards that was already occupied. so the fourth room the gave us the middle of the bed was sunk in. At this point we felt defeated in this whole process. we had a car show we were in and were tired of moving from room to room. the pool had stuff floating in it and the hot tub was broke. they only refunded my first nights stay. the breakfast was mediocre at best. i have to say this was the worst experience at good hotel we have had and would never stay here again. also there was a bum sleeping in the lobby one morning when we were leaving one morning. this hotel sucks

The towels in the bathroom were dirty and already hanging on the door. We asked for more clean towels and hadn’t got any in over two hours. I went looking for a house keeper and she finally handed me a dirty towel and two clean ones. The bed had hair all through it and the floor was extremely dirty.

NEVER AGAIN. Upon arrival staff members were vacuuming the floors due to leaves blown all throughout. Check in the lady was nice and friendly. Once we got to our room, I called to her to say that there was food all over the floor and sticky residue on the desk top. She asked us to come back down and she would move us. We get settled in to the new room and head to dinner. We get back and our son heads to the pool. No towels in the pool area. Floors are filthy and jacuzzi spa was roped off. No sign explaining why. Once we settle down for the night crawling in to bed was like getting in to a sand pit. Seemed like someone ate a bag of cookies or chips then made the beds. Pillows must be for children because they are super small. We asked for more pillows but she told me no. We asked for more towels and wash clothes because the room was for a 4 person room but only stocked with 2. She handed me those and I replied thank you and she just turned away. Very rude and disrespectful. I noticed in the lobby that the muffins and bagels and bread for the next days breakfast was already filled and ready to go! Eww! We decided to check out the next morning instead of staying our two nights. What a DISASTER.
