Not the HGI I remember
There were issues but management took care of matters. Staff hard working and pleasant. Facility is dated. Breakfast is not complementary. Even at H.com rate this is not Hilton standard

Great bed!
Place needed new carpeting throughout halls and bedrooms. And, all needed vacuuming. We had a wonderful bed and fabulous nights sleep. Shower was nice and hot, just the way i like it! Now, as we are leaving. I'm hopeful there will be complimentary coffee to go, as they only left me decaf coffee pods in the room. We would stay here again.

Disappointed stay
Room was not properly cleaned. Items from people previous in the room were left in the bathroom. Bedding was ripped, basic television channels were not working. Room was around the corner from the elevator and woke me up multiple times durning the night due to being very loud. I have stayed in less expensive hotel chains and had much better quality. Overall the stay was very disappointing.
