The fact that anyone would purposely check themselves into this hotel blows my mind. Our flight landed late we booked this place as we were on our way to it because it was near and the pictures looked like the place was clean and we only needed a place for the night. We got there and it was nothing like the pictures looked like. The room hadnt been clean at all, there was still garbage in different places across the room. The one that blew my mind is when i lifted the toilet seat and there was still urine stains on the toilet seat that were fresh. I was so disgusted i called my wife showed her and we immediately checked out we didnt even place our stuff down. I went downstairs to the staff and was told that since i booked through expedia they couldnt do much and i had to deal with it through expedia. I have no idea how this place has the rating that it has, I’m never the type to bash a business if i go somewhere and don’t like it i just don’t go back but after what i saw i had to write this so others don’t make the same mistake i did.

Estava tudo óimo. Os funcionários foram Só aguma sobservações, que nçao embaçaram o conforto do ligar: OS canais da TV não funcionam bem, a Globo nao tinha áudio; A manda, que estava no armário estava com cheiro de usada, pedi outra na recpção e estava com o mesmo cheir estranho.

O Hotel pareceu ser novo e tudo estava muito limpo, os funcionários muito solícitos, desde a recepção, camareiras e pessoal da rouparia. O café da manhã, deixou a desejar, com poucas opções de frutas e os salgados feitos de sobras do jantar, em alguns casos, sentimos gosto de ingredientes já "passando do tempo apropriado para o consumo". Minha esposa, mãe e filha deixaram de comer alguns desses itens, logo após prová-los. Os bolos extremamente secos, podiam ser umedecidos com caldas extremamente doces. Os apartamentos de casal em que ficamos eram extremamente pequenos e sem espaço para acomodarmos nossas roupas, havia apenas um pequeno armário com exatamente seis cabides (pedimos mais e fomos atendidos pela funcionária Tairone), porém só havia um "criado mudo" onde nossos documentos e outros pertences ficaram amontoados. Sei que existem outros apartamentos no Hotel, mas acredito que os apartamentos em que ficamos deveriam ser desatinados a executivos, sozinhos, em viagem de trabalho, nunca a um casal e m viagem de férias. De resto, todos os demais itens foram bastante satisfatórios.
