The most unsafe and shady hotel in lahore...
The most unprofessional staff, they made us pay the taxes again when we had fully prepaid the taxes. There was no management at the location who you can talk too. My wife and I were sleeping and the hotel staff without knocking randomly opened our room door and walked in. First time in our life we felt so unsafe staying at a hotel that we requested hotel.com to cancel our booking which was again denied by the hotel. The whole hotel in general gave a very dodgy impression not suitable for families.

Staff very rude I had to prove to them who my gyest was at 2 in the afternoon amd have them sit in the restuarant with no AC or sevices I was overcharged for taxes whwn rmtbey were pais to Orbitz woth my booking and ofcourse Orbitz would return emails or answer the call.Stay away from Orbitz and this hotel

Bad experience at this property. Tried to overcharge us. Had to call hotels.com customer service to get it resolve. Will never stay there again. Accomodation was paid along with all fees and taxes but still tried to recharge again the taxes. There was two day booking, once tried to check in late, they will not honor the reservation instead charging for entire one night stay
