This is a new hotel that opened June 2021 so it’s still lovely and new! This was the perfect hotel for me. Very comfortable, safe and convenient. I loved the bed. Comfortable and the bedding was soft and luxurious. My room was made up everyday. I spent 4 nights. They have a breakfast for 15.00 euros so maybe a bit pricey when converted to Canadian dollars but it included EVERYTHING! Even a lovely big latte and poached eggs or omelette made fresh in the kitchen. I would for sure stay again agin check out other Vincci Hotels.

Wow! Amazing hotel! The views from our room were spectacular! This is a great hotel to experience the port wineries of Gaia and walk back to the hotel. We stayed here for only a night, but 2-3 would have been better. It’s an easy walk across the bridge to Porto. We couldn’t have been happier. The experience exceeded our expectations. The strong water in the shower, the towels, the Nespresso coffee/ espresso machine in the room, the comfortable bed (we slept so well), and the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. If you are staying in the Porto area, stay for a night or 2 here. You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful and comfortable stay at Vincci Ponte
Amazing stay, I would highly recommend the hotel, it is new so the room beds are still fresh and very comfortable to sleep. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a good Resturant both the breakfast had a wide choice and dinner menu is also good. Bang close to the center . The room with the river view provide very beautiful views of the valley from the window. I would love to come and stay again

Amazing hotel in Porto
Amazing hotel in Porto! The staff is very nice and helpful and gave me a lot of recommendations and guidance around the city even to find a laundromat and where I can get my Covid test. The views are amazing from the lounge, restaurant and my room. It is also in a really convenient location. Right next to the tram that takes you into the city center and São Bento Station. I would stay here again if I visit Porto.

I loved everything about this hotel! It came recommended by a friend who lives in Porto and it did not disappoint. I loved the location right by the bridge. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the main center but it’s worth it with the view of the river. The view of the Duoro from my room was amazing so thanks to reception for making that happen! The room was extra comfy and I really appreciated the speedy wifi. Traveling by myself, I felt safe the entire time staying here and would recommend to anyone coming to Porto.

An amazing location and a very chic stylish vibe. The hotel was very classy. Really handy to have entrances for both the river level and the high bridge - it saves the legs!! Only slight gripe was that after the initial night we were asked to pay for coffee and tea in the room which seemed a bit strange. I'm sure a couple of extra Euro a night on the cost of the room could have covered this without anyone noticing.

DO NOT BOOK THRU ORBITZ, o they will give you the worst rooms. We booked two rooms thru orbitz and both rcvd the bottom floor with the street close enough for passer bys to look inside all day and evening. The hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location. Their excuse of using Covid to have minimal staff and minimal services available in every way was quite disappointing. There was very little food available in the hotel and only outdoor dining was offerred on the freezing cold patio, although the servers did their very best. The hotel rooms were quite nice, but with no amenities available and the housekeeping and its staff was minimal and lacking in quality, but I guess they can continue blame it all on Covid as long as people keep coming.
