When we checked in they didn't seem to have my reservation because I believe the hotel was bought out by a new company and the new company didn't show our room. However, they were extremely kind in rectifying the problem and even upgraded our room to an apartment room. The apartment was wonderful and clean and the bed was comfortable and had washer/dryer in the room. The staff was excellent at answering all questions and concerns. They are currently renovating the other rooms at this hotel. The lift was working as well. The place was right across from Liverpool Station and very convenient to everything. Very positive experience. I would stay here again.
