Run for your life
This hotel was the nastiest hotel I've ever stayed at. There were blood stains on the sheets of the "clean" bed that went down the side. We asked for new sheets and they brought us sheets that were too small for the bed. The bathtub had black mold in it and dead bugs everywhere. There were clumps of hair on the bathroom floor. Everything had stains on them the curtains, lamp and walls. It was absolute filth. Also we were told that the 2nd floor (we were in room 238) is were long term rentals stay. So for our overnight stay we had people in the hallways smoking and fighting over stolen laundry late at night.

This hotel advertised continental breakfast which I was told at check in they weren’t serving because of COVID. This state has completely opened up from COVID so if they were short staffed that may be the case but no other offers were given to us nor was there money return for visit seems that was a big part of my decision in picking this hotel.

Hairy Situation
The hotel and bedroom were absolutely fine. My concerns are with the bathroom in our room. We opted to go unshowered because the shower had hair and soap scum visible on both the floor and the walls. Additionally, the outside of the tub, under the sink, had splatters of brown residue. I'm willing to overlook certain things but the bathroom was just absolutely disgusting. I didnt expect this level of substandard cleanliness from a Choice Hotel. Also, i selected this hotel partially due to the continental breakfast that they advertise as included. I was not notified that this was no longer included until I checked in. Considering that the cost of an included breakfast is built into the rates you charge, I'd recommend either NOT falsely advertising this, or charge your customers accordingly.

Not very clean
The room wasn’t perfectly clean, plastic and crumb of food on the floor. Also the room was smelling mildew. The sink seemed clogged and the floor of the bathroom dirty as well.
