Fantastic hotel, wanted to stay longer.
This was an absolutely amazing stay! The saddest thing about it for me was that I didn't book more nights! I'll definitely be back. Location is amazing, right in the centre of everything and just a short walk to main attractions, close to trams, buses and train station, right next to the market. The service was beyond amazing and all the extras included. This hotel really goes above and beyond.

Hotel Globus - The perfect stay in Florence
The staff were amazing, let us leave our bags before and after our check in/out time. Free welcome drinks, free breakfast with everything you could want for. The rooms were lovely and nice and quiet with the double windows shut. Right near the market which had excellent food upstairs.

Fabulous little find off the beaten path.
What a special find in Florence! Located within walking distance of the train station, it was easy to find via Google Maps. We were promptly greeted upon arrival and they held our bags until our room was ready for check in. They put our belongings in our room so when we returned from the Duomo, our bags were inside. The room was quiet and had a little balcony with a view of San Lorenzo's dome. It is close to everything and easy to get around. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. The evening complimentary cocktails and snacks are a great touch too. Something to tide your over until you make your way to one of Florence's many amazing restaurants. If we needed help with anything the staff was quick to offer assistance. The only thing that was a very minor inconvenience is the bathroom, although cute, doesn't have counters or shelves to keep your toiletries. So we kept everything you would need to get ready in the main area with the bed. This probably wouldn't be a big deal for a couple. Overall I would highly recommend.

Comfortable and Spacious
The room was spacious and the beds were comfy. The toilets were good enough and clean. The programs on TV were interesting even if you didn't understand the local language and there was a YouTube option for kids. The breakfast options were diverse and good for everyone. My family particularly enjoyed the yogurt. Overall, I would rate this as a 5-star hotel and it was very luxurious
