While the room appeared clean, it is in desperate need of refurb. The bed is so old, two of us rolled into the middle. Every element of the room is old and tired. The room stank of body odour such that we ended up buying air freshener. Then we worked out the smell was coming from the AC. While the property advertises free wifi, it did not work for us. Ended up using our international roaming data and cost us over $100. Despite the staff trying to help, the GM said, when it doesn’t work, just use your data. After I said it’s international roaming data, he looked blankly at me and shrugged. Each day I asked for a rate reduction since they were not delivering the wifi that was advertised, but they didn’t. Upon check out, they gave me $50 to shut me up. The gutless GM didn’t even have the courage to see me face-to-face to apologise. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Unless you are so desperate, you just need somewhere to stop.

Quiet area, though the cleanliness of the room was terrible. I don't think the floors were cleaned from the previous customer and the towels didn't seem clean. Aircon was prehistoric and could not even work out how to use the TV. Definitely not recommendable.

The apartment was spacious and the receptionist was nice, but these are the only positive things we can say about this property. The photos are nothing like the apartment. It felt claustrophobic because the windows are opaque, meaning you cannot see out except for a strip of sky at the top. The mattresses were very uncomfortable. The pool is at the hotel across the road, not at the apartments, and 'across the road' actually means 100m along the highway, then across two service roads and a four-lane highway with no crossing. The apartment was rundown, with very damaged plaster and paintwork and very worn carpets. But the main problem was that it was not clean. We found other people's underwear in the washing machine, mould on the bedroom windows, layers of webs and spiders on the balcony, a tissue in the bedside drawer, dust on the bedroom furniture, blood stains on the bedding, grime around the bathroom tiles, food splashes on the kitchen walls, crumbs in the fridge and a layer of grease above the stove. We had to request fresh sponges, because the sponges provided in the kitchen to wash our dishes and wipe the benches looked like they were months old. There is NO housekeeping service, despite the property advertising the apartments as serviced and with a daily housekeeping service. We were expected to remove our own rubbish but the bins in the car parking area were overflowing and the area stank. Sleep in a hedge if you have to; do not stay here.

The property itself was nice - very spacious and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment. Unfortunately very little available in the kitchen regarding plates, glasses etc. Most disappointing aspect of our stay was the customer service - every request was first met with ... 'We can't... We don't...' I think maybe they were overwhelmed with guest numbers and hopefully it's not their usual standard - but I was quite shocked at the poor service and unfriendly nature of interactions with staff. The WIFI was very poor and couldn't be relied upon. Overall, with better customer service this would be a nicer place to stay.

A good hotel. I stay here often, but it could do with a few more basic items in your room. Wine glasses, toilet brush, hotel guide, do not disturb sign for each room etc. Staff knocked on door at 9am to set up room for the next customer even though i had another day on my stay. A little more professionalism and its 5/5.
