Over priced and not accommodating
We rented two rooms for 4 days. The elevator broke day 3. We were on the fourth floor and had to use stairs. The grill area featured two broken grills with one tank empty and the other ignition broke. The room phone to call and check on our kids next door was broken and so was the hair dryer.

No ice machine on property. Refrigerator in room has icemaker but they turn it off and empty it after each guest. Noisy a/c unit, outside noise is very loud.

Quick one night stay before returning to Ohio and this was a nice place, comfortable bed and room, very clean and quiet.

This Hotel is next to route 4 and is very noisy. The AC didn't work correctly and was very warm too difficult to sleep after playing a softball tournament. The room smell like people were cooking in that room 24/7, musty grease smell as soon as you go into the room.

The floor room was dirty
The floor room was very dirty there was the coffee maker wasn’t working and there was no cups to drink coffee,, in the past I did stay in one of those hotel in by Virginia North Carolina the beginning of Virginia and I did loved it, but when I say this time in Florida Lake Mary I did not like it at all it was dirty

I paid for a room for the night before we were to arrive because we were coming in early that next morning. Well, when we got there, the hotel had given our room away.
