Good stay at this hotel
The hotel is great and their employees even better. Be aware the location of this hotel is not the best in Giza area. Breakfast was good, but dinner was amazing. Frontdesk helped me to get my covid test to travel back to the US. I request a queen bed with balcony; however, I received 2 twin beds and no balcony. I tried to use hotels.com for a second night reservation but it was not working; however, the receptionist helped me to get a room for a 2nd day with a lower price.

Disappointing
Scamming staff, me and friend paid for room which was not given to us on arrival, after waiting hour or so in lobby, tired and needing bed, we was promised rooms would be sorted the following day(said with a smile on the staff/managers face). The following day, I was to find out that again the room was unavailable and room was only made available to my friend and I was downgraded a room again. Although I was offered refund of the price difference I did not receive this. Whilst being in this hotel I witnessed other customers complaining about various issues found with their stay

Nine Pyramid View Hotel is excellent hotel with excellent location, located at the best view of the Pyramids, extremely clean & comfortable. I was picked up by Eslam from the airport and was my personal driver and guide through Egypt. He is the best!!! Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff, he made my trip more interesting with his advices & tips about the city ,supermarket ,shops, and restaurants. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again Eslam for going just that little step extra for the quests!!! Definitely ask for him when you go to the hotel!!!

🙏🙏🎉🎉Brand new hotel built last year.🎉🎉🙏🙏 Me and my wife stayed here and we are from Michigan U.S.A. We LOVED! our stay here. Amazing view of the pyramids. Amazing service, great breakfast, very accommodating. Very good English speaking staff. Asmaa, Mustafa, and Amr, and Akmed were beautiful host at the front very kind and helpful. Ready to go at 3am when we arrived and throughout our whole stay. Any attraction you want to go on they can schedule. Eslam was our driver, I do recommend him for any trip you take, great man very knowledgeable speaking good English also. All the food was delicious, the mixed vegetables and rice very good. Mixed grill also. Best fresh juice in town. Get Thier Om Ali for dessert, hot coconut bread desert is amazing. Would stay here again for sure.

The staff at the reception, restaurant, and the drivers at the hotel were all were incredibly helpful and kind. Asmaa at reception helped me with a plethora of queries & always helped arrange accommodations for day trips through Egypt throughout my stay! Eslam & Mohammed were both amazing drivers & incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when it came to showing me around. The Chef in the restaurant was very kind & made terrific food. Overall a very clean and nice place to stay.

The calm and quite atmosphere, the cleanliness, and the location of the hotel, though we have a small problem with the drainage system. But they fixed it next day. It is indeed a Pyramid View Hotel, whether it is nine or not that is a question. The staffs were friendly, especially, Mariam, in the front desk. She was a nice lady. I will recommend my friends and relatives. We found a clean and quite hotel which we were looking after staying in a 4**** hotel which was crowded, and the staffs were ill behaved.

Very nice newer hotel. The rooftop restaurant has ok food and a great view of the pyramids! The hotel staff were great and did everything they could to meet our needs, including calling in a Dr to do covid tests for our travel home. Located on a popular street, walking distance to multiple restraints and shops. A short drive from pyramids. Cairo and Giza are very crowded and dirty compared to Luxor or Sharm El Sheik, but this hotel made the stay very comfortable.
