Racial Profiling Over Night Staff?
The over night employee told my daughter when she asked for extra blankets that the hotel did not provide extra blankets, she asked twice. Then when she told me about how rude he was to her, i went downstairs and asked him, since when does hilton hotels not provide extra blankets for their guests, he looked angry and was incredibly rude when he replied, he had no extra blankets that he could give us. The employee who was on the next night had no problem finding 2 extra blankets as well as extra sheets and a pillow. My daughter was also given a hard time by 2 employees for forgetting her room key and rang the door bell for readmittance. I feel in my heart that my daughter was treated that way due to the color of her skin. I am white and she is bi racial. The employee was the over night desk person on 02-01-21

Check in was seamless, room was clean and comfortable, staff were excellent. Restaurant isn't open due to covid but they do have some snacks, etc and there are multiple restaurants nearby.

Asked for a quiet room with a shower only no bathtub, was given a room on the 5 floor which the quest above my room stopped on the floor all night, the had a bathtub with a nasty torn shower curtain which is why I ask for a shower only, ac didn’t work very well, the room wasn’t the cleanest

Loved our stay! Check-in was easy. Everyone at the front desk was polite. The room was very clean. Plenty of parking. The gym was open with a capacity limit. The pool is closed. They do have a snack bar in the lobby in case you need it. Masks are required. About 7 minutes away from the airport and closer to the Mall of America.
