THE WORST HOTEL. TOO EXPENSIVE for what you get
The hotel is far too expensive for the old and dirty conditions they offer. The service at the front desk is the worst I have ever seen in more than 25 years of traveling all around the world. They never solved our problems, they even tried too. The front desk at night has no idea of how to do the check in process, has no access to drinking water for guests, and has no idea of how to solve a temperature problem in the room. At the morning we had to do all the check in process again with a very angry woman. It was a mess to go to that hotel. They don't know what the word "service" means. The bathroom had fungus and they very dirty. They requested from me US35 more as a tax and I asked for a tax certificated that they denied to give me at the front desk. They never sent it by e-mail as promised. The wifi and internet is the worst (less than 0,5 Mbs). If you want one egg at breakfast for a baby, you have to pay for them although breakfast was supposedly included in the rate and you paid of US$165 per night.

Stay at this place only for the view, nothing more! Old place, this property has seen better times and it looks that they don't care, the tourists come anyway just because of the view of the Lake. Old towels, the pool is in terrible condition, the heater at the room is not controlled by the user (we need to sleep with the window open). Breakfast ok but it doesn't include eggs (you need to pay extra). Anyway, the view is absolutely amazing that's the reason we stayed.

a localizaçã do apto para a recepçao do hotel, quarto inicial havia muitas escadas, após nossa solicitação fomos para um melhor, más longe do restaurante e recepção, nós deu impressão que falta chefia notamos dificuldade até no atendimento de telefone, embora sejam gentis no atendimento

el lugar y las instalaciones exelentes pero....cuando contratamos nada decia que la piscina no iva a estar en funcionamiento..y lo mas destacable es que no nos cambiaron un solo toallon ni sabanas en ningun momento.. ni entraron a la habitacion algo increible totalmente
