Great room, disappointing all-inclusive I stayed 7 nights in the Panoramic Ocean View Suite at TRS Ibiza. The room itself was excellent — proper blackout curtains and good acoustics, so sleep was never an issue. Unfortunately, the all-inclusive package was not worth it. Over seven nights, we only managed to get one dinner and two lunches at the restaurants. The best restaurant turned us away even though we had made a reservation the night before. Our booking was for 10 pm with a 15-minute grace period, and the restaurant closes at 10:30. We arrived at 10:18 — held up because the elevator took more than 10 minutes — and were simply told “sorry, we’re closed.” That is not what you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. The gym is well equipped, but be prepared to work out in the Euro summer heat with poor air conditioning. Hope this helps!

Beautiful property, modern clean rooms and wonderful staff. The food and drinks were good. Quiet and great for resting and enjoying the pool after night out. The beach was lovely. Would have been nice to have more food options especially for late night hours.

The staff were really friendly. Lovely rooms and grounds. It would have got 5 stars if there was more storage space in the bedrooms and the food at breakfast was hotter.
