Small apartment in the heart of Albissola Marina, a "Ceramics" town on the western Ligurian Riviera and close to the "Lungomare degli Artisti" which, with its 800 m extension, is a unique monument-place in Europe. Conceived in 1963, it is the celebration of that Albissola that Marinetti - the founder of Futurism - defined the "free republic of the arts" and which for this reason attracted international potters and artists throughout the 20th century. You walk by looking at the reproduction of more than twenty works by artists who worked here in the past decades.
Conveniently positioned to be reached by any means or to move to other locations on the Ligurian Riviera, the apartment offers the opportunity to experience a stay by the sea with all the essential services at hand and a few kilometers away from the provincial capital (Savona ).
Nearby, in the same street as the apartment, we find Villa Faraggiana, an excellent example of a Ligurian summer residence built in the 1700s and inhabited by the Durazzo family. The strategic position also allows you to reach the wonderful regional capital in less than half an hour by car or directly by train: Genoa. Lose yourself in its alleys and in the historic center, accompanying the visit to a lunch break in one of the historic trattorias where trophies with pesto can never be missed, a suggestive walk along the Corso Europa promenade or a visit to the Aquarium of Genoa (the largest in Europe after that of Valencia), are some of the most interesting solutions in the area.
