was travelling in a motor home and was too long for most places. that is why i choose this property as i was here before with a coach and was impressed with the parking. this time they convention centre had some big deal going on and they took all of the parking on the east side. when we left they still had not used the space the hotel had set aside for them. it caused us to park in a roadway lane and that was dangerous.

Great place.
very nice hotel, friendly and professional staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only problem we encountered was children playing quite loudly in the pool early in the morning (830ish). we where in a suite on the second floor with a balcony facing the pool. im not sure what time the pool opens but i don't think 830am is reasonable. Cudos to all the staff including the house keeping on their professionalism.

The room had a lot of noise from the showers in the other rooms. The showers were being used extensively, I’m assuming because people were rinsing off from their time in the pool. Very noisy, I’ve never experienced that before.

Disappointing service and hot tub
Up charge for having more then two guests in a two bedroom suite was ridiculous. Hot tub was warm at best and we didn't even stay in got our full 30 minute time slot. Requested extra glasses and towels, only got two in spite of requesting three (even though we were charged extra for having a third person)
