Hotel muito bom, funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Café da manhã muito bom. Quartos limpos e bem confortáveis. Piscina principal bem quentinha. Poderiam fechar o caminho entre os quartos e as áreas comuns, pois o trajeto é externo e aberto nas laterais, não sendo muito agradável quando chove ou está muito frio. A água da piscina que é para crianças (bem rasa) estava com temperatura baixa, portanto as crianças não estavam gostando de ficar nela. Valores cobrados no freegobar e mini market bem elevados, assim como o valor da diária de estacionamento (R$50,00)

A equipe de atendimento do hotel é excelente. Fomos muito bem tratados e assistidos do início ao fim. Destaco apenas que o hotel precisa rever o fato do bloco A não ter acesso interno direto à piscina, bem como a necessidade de melhor limpeza da água que empossa no piso da piscina ou a troca do piso por algo mais absorvente e não escorregadio, pois meu filho sofreu uma queda no local e vi outras crianças caírem também. No local da piscina há apenas uma funcionária que não dá conta de atender os hóspedes, cuidar das toalhas e manter o piso em segurança. O café da manhã é excelente, as comodidades também. Infelizmente apenas uma funcionária do café da manhã (que faz a tapioca e omeletes não tratava bem os hóspedes, mas foi a única). Destaco o serviço de limpeza do quarto, da recepção, bem como o transfer.

Excelente estrutura, muito limpo, quartos super aconchegantes, banheiro com ducha quente, roupas de cama muito limpas, travesseiros e colchões de primeira. Toda a estrutura do hotel climatizada. Café da manhã delicioso com muita variedade de opções para todos os gostos. Única reclamação a fazer é em relação a empresa de estacionamento que é terceirizada. Na entrada do hotel nunca tem alguém da equipe para atender, o que gera uma fila enorme cada vez que você chega no hotel. Durante a noite descobrimos que um dos carros do pessoal que estava conosco ficou na rua. Acho que o hotel tem poucas vagas para dar conta de todos os hóspedes e poucos profissionais para manobrar os carros, sendo que você já paga o estacionamento no check-in e não no final.

O estacionamento, além de caro, se tornou um problema, em um dos dias tivemos que sair de Uber pois o carro estava trancado. Pegamos um apartamento para dois adultos e duas crianças, essas ficaram em um sofá cama que trancava quase que totalmente a passagem dentro do apartamento. Por fim, no último dia, as crianças não tomaram banho, pois a água estava fria, ficamos muito tempo esperando e ela não esquentou.

Me surpreendi ao chegar e saber que o estacionamento era terceirizado e obrigatoriamente pago. E fora a desorganização. Um absurdo de caro as águas do hotel, no primeiro dia pedi cobertores extras, não me enviaram, pedi pra camareira no dia seguinte. O hotel eh bom, bem localizado, mas pequenas coisas perdem de bobeira!
