Hotel in general was very clean, and parking facility was ok compared to other hotels we stayed at in Portugal. When we arrived, we were told our parking is included because we booked with Expedia, but at the time of checkout, they said we had to pay, which was fine by me, but how they responded when I told them we were told it was included was not nice. Our room was on the 12th floor, which was good because of the street noise, but window opened to a wall basically, so we had no light. In general, the hotel is more used for buisness travel I think, and if we go back, I would not book there again
