The room was fairly clean but the floor flat like they were swept still felt sandy for pervious people.We got the room the a kitchenette and the Tv in that area didnt not work. The bed was amazing. The view was awesome loved the chair on the balcony to be able to relax. Only thing that could use some work was the parking for oversized vehicles need to have special spots for those as we had the hardest time trying to park as we couldn't fit in the under garage but other wise we were very satisfied with our say.

The location was great although the traffic is usually heavy in that area. The parking is horrible…the available parking spots were almost always full. I can say that for the location and the view I would book again. The hotel can use a few updates here and there. The shower was amazing and gets very hot!! The worst thing about our experience was the horrible parking down in the basement. The area is very tight and small. But other than that I would book again in the future.

My wife and I booked a beach view room on the 8th floor. Great hotel location, 20 min away from Rosemary Beach. It was a decent stay to say the least, the only reason I would give 4-stars instead of 5 is due to the general condition of the room. The paint was tearing off the ceiling, the baseboards looked rotted out but painted over. There was a strong, rotten odor coming from the sink. The price for the room is great so that’s the only reason it makes this a small issue.
