Other Things to Note:
Could I just ask kindly if you could park in the driveway or if you need to park on the street then could you do so not directly outside the house as the 86 year old man across the way finds it difficult to maneuver his car in and out of his driveway and has asked if it’s possible to leave him room to be able to get in and out in an emergency with his disabled wife. If you need to park on the road then if you could do so just slightly down from the house, beside the little green electric box. Would be much appreciated.
- STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY.
- Please respect neighbours as this is a quiet residential area.
- Please do your own dishes before departure and treat property as you would your own home
- Long term stays must take care of their own heat & electricity costs
