All of the staff provided great Customer Service!! They went above & beyond to be helpful. The motel is old, & smells old.. The motel needs to be updated. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom floor had numerous cracks in the tile, the carpet had been cutout under the bed and a piece of carpeted wood was put down to cover the hole, the lamp shade was broke and propped up to stay balanced, but numerous holes were in the shade.from it continually falling. Motel is two floors, stairs only. We didn’t use the pool, but it appeared very clean!! I don’t know if I would stay here again, as I prefer updated amenities.

Room was very spacious - we had a 2 queen bed suite and the kitchenette was very convenient. The front desk staff were super friendly and we felt welcome. Wish there were more bathroom amenities, but the front desk were accommodating when we ran out of shampoo and conditioner (they are tiny little bottles!). Self parking was convenient so we could park close to our room. The breakfast was ok - wish there were more options. Overall it was a nice place to stay close to Triangle bowl where we came for a tournament.
