Great location with easy access on and off the highway. Within walking distance to the outlets. Close enough to Saginaw and Frankenmuth for day trips. Staff are super friendly but found that someone was not at the front desk when you needed them, this resulting in a longer process to check in and out. Our room was clean and comfortable with minimal noise even though they are currently renovating. Would definitely stay here again if going to the area.

Room was good and staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was too small for a adult and not very warm. The breakfast was a joke,worst I have ever had in a up-scale hotel Probably will stay clear of all best western No Kleenex in room, only enough shampoo for one day and put towels out in basket by door and got none back. Had to go to front desk for all issues

Terrible place to stay!
Do your self a favor and stay somewhere else! Inept check in, the girl working Friday night was rude and condescending. I have never had such a struggle to get clean towels. Hot tub was dirty and not hot! Stained mattress and an inch of dust along the top of the shower.

Good basic hotel & room
Nothing fancy, but everything worked and was clean. Only about 20 channels on the tv. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Nice shower. Indoor pool and hot tub. Decent restaurant/bar. Friendly staff.
