Nice stay
The check-in and check-out process was easy. I just responded to the text message and took care of everything. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We didn't go down to the lobby for food in the morning. I don't think there was a hot breakfast option. They came and cleaned and replaced items we used, like soap. We did have an issue with the shower curtain. It fell and we had a hard time fixing it, so we just left it. If you need it, a charging station is within walking distance.

Paid for a double room and was put in a standard room. When I went back and looked at a future booking it doesn’t even look like they have a double room. If you looking for a cheaper place to lay your head it’s not bad. Stairs are kinda sketchy.

my stay at the hotel was great. The customer service was fantastic. My concern was I drive a lift van., That is very low to the ground I was not able to get in and out of the property. The driveway had a dip in it that scratched the bottom of my vehicle so I had to park in a vacant lot next-door to the hotel other than that fabulous thank you. ?

Inexpensive should not mean dirty & poor service.
This hotel is run down, dirty grounds, breakfast had waffles and the fruit was old and overripe and just a few tables way to small, nothing more than that. The pillows were so flat, no blankets just a sheet and the overlay. The floorboards were all coming off everywhere. The towels old, thin, stained and dingy. The paint chipped everywhere. Poor amenities. The flooring was separating, the toilet was coming off the wall so when you sat it would move forward, the floor in the restroom was old and denting in at all corners, the shower water did not not drain well obviously clogged. The staff not friendly or welcoming at all especially the older ladies. The stairs and sidewalks outside filthy needs major pressure washing. Cigarette buds all in the so called rock landscaping. There was a dog in the next room that barked all night. To say the least it was really bad.

Nice and comfortable but needs to be cleaned more
The hotel was at a convenient location well with in walking distance of all the shops, wineries and restaurants. The Beds were comfortable but needed to be updated. The back of the restroom door did have mold at the top of it. The wall of the restroom looked like someone with dirty hands wiped their hand on it and the battery plate for the remote was missing.

Worst place ever been to!
Uh well the sink was clogged there were 3 cockroach’s in our room and by the door outside. My husband had to buy bug spray. The doors and trim all needs paint. The rubber baseboards were falling off.
