Terrible service and everything it’s bad pool is bad

Nothing good pool was bad I almost broke my fingers have hole in the pool tiles missing berry bad I wish never go there I pay for noting good

Very clean, good customer service, food is great, great bar attendee miguel was awsome will be going back..

The beds were super hard sheets were dirty upon arrival bad customer service

Maid took my deposit slip and cashed it in. Then the entire staff didn’t help. I regret to write the truth that this hotel is not friendly smx they are not Covid responsible as more people are allowed in the pool area than the standard say.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Good parking. Nice pool. Some rooms have ocean view.

I liked the security but didn’t like we couldn’t bring our own alcohol to the room plus no fridge in room it’s not like we can bring a lot, building needs to be remodeled pieces of tiles in swimming pool where on the bottom so we kept stepping on them the bell boy was very helpful but the girls in reception where almost rude like we where a bother I mean we had questions we are tourist so it’s expected to ask ?s 🙄 and location was not bad almost in the middle of Malecón.

Personnel is very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect for going for a walk, party or just relaxing

Communicate in English was laking,difficult trying to understand spainish

We booked a room at the hotel through Expedia.com which we thought was a Pet friendly and once we arrived we were humiliated by staff and refused our room.
