Not impressed
A bit disappointed with the service at the hotel and the hotel itself. When we arrived a very helpful lady helped us at the front desk, offered us coffee and help us with the luggages and scheduling a shuttle to the airport. We were early for check in, so we left to see the city. The problems started when we came back at night. Very rude man at front desk, the AC was locked at a Avery low temperature and the control to operate it was lost. There was only one set of towels in a room for 3, when we ask him for more towels,he replied us we have some in there and gave us an attitude before handing us the other 2. The room was next to the reception, in between reception and restaurant, so we could hear everything very loud, as a matter of fact, we have to call him close to 2am and ask him to lower the voice so we could get some sleep. There was no hair dryer in the room , and when we asked for one we got a very small one that supposed to be installed on the wall but never did just to not to damage the wall, as he said.

Okay hotel, would not return
Stayed here for two nights in May with family in a triple room. Overall, hotel is just okay - a boutique hotel that seemed to be trying to be trendy but somewhat cheaply done. The triple room was separated into two rooms - one with a double bed and one with a twin bed. While this was nice in a way, there was no room for all three of us to sit together or be together in the hotel room because the rooms were so small. The double bed room was tiny, not enough room to even open our suitcases. Surprisingly we had two bathrooms in our room (one in each bedroom) although both were extremely small - so small that you could not sit straight on the toilet because your knees hit the wall. The showers were also extremely small. I could not imagine a larger person being able to use the bathroom. We found the location to be okay - within walking distance to several subway lines, but the walks took about 10-15 minutes. Not within reasonable distance to walk to any main Paris attractions. Overall, I would probably not stay here again on a return trip to Paris. I found the hotel to be a bit overpriced for the rooms/quality you receive and for the location.

Tiny rooms, great location though
18684 Tiny rooms, great location though Review of Hotel Sacha Reviewed 3 days ago If you're looking for a Paris hotel to sleep and shower, then this is fine. Anything longer or needed for a business trip, then do not stay here. They also only clean rooms if you are staying 2 days or less. Anything longer and you will be charged. We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights. Thank goodness. That is all we would be able to cope with. The rooms are very very small. You could literally not swing a cat. The bathrooms are smaller than we've ever experienced. The shower entrance, is so small, you literally have to enter side-ways. (I am an average size female.) The reception staff are lovely. And checkin was delightful. The housekeeping staff are rude, and have plenty of attitude. We asked one of the ladies to come back to clean in 5 minutes, as we were just getting ready to leave the room when she knocked, and she was extremely rude, as if we were disrupting her schedule. They could do with training their housekeeping staff to have some more customer service. The parking is about a 10 minute walk away. Definitely not worth the 30€ per day rate. And you have to have a very small car to fit in the parking garage. So beware. The rooms are quite stuffy, and sleeping with any windows open is impossible as you can hear everything outside in the below courtyard and between the various rooms.

Very good
Small bathrooms, lovely staff
The staff are very friendly, easy check and check out. The room very clean. We only stay for 2 days, so we opted not to have our bedsheets and towels replaced as they are promoting "Clean Green" for the environment. The bathrooms very small and I think the location of the toilet is not done properly. It is so near the wall that I have to sit sideways and I am only 5'2. Luckily, my son's room has bigger and nicer toilet so I used his toilet instead. I think the location is not very good. We did not stay out late so I am really not sure if it's safe to be out so late but even my husband made a comment that he did not feel safe being out when he went out at night to get some food. I am not sure if I will be back again but the staff are really lovely.

Exceptional
Hotel Sacha is a perfect hotel for staying around Paris if you are an out and about person. My mum and I stayed here for 2 nights for my 40th and it is in the perfect location for transport accessibility, and mixing in with locals. We would walk 10minutes max to metro and most places were 8-10 stops away! The hotel room was smaller than regular rooms I’ve stayed in before but the cleanliness and the comfort out does any awkwardness of the room size. If you are someone who finds fault in everything then I wouldn’t book here! Lol Special thanks to ‘Fransoise’ sorry if I misspelt his name but he made my stay special by organising a birthday cake for my stay on behalf of all the team. Such a sweet gesture and thank you x
