Very good
I loved the property itself. The staff was very friendly and always there for you. The food was not very good but it was decent at the restaurant Sisil’s. The fish tacos and coconut chicken were wonderful. But that was about it. Do not go to the fancy restaurants. The food was terrible.

Everyone was really nice food was great! They are way more sanitized and clean than any place in America for Covid. Felt more safe here as I always do in Cancun everyone speaks good English

Very covid conscious, all employees wearing face masks, temperature checked upon arrival ,rooms kept very tidy this hotel is family oriented, kids have a designated pool,@ the beach the water stays rather calm, you can choose from a variety of restaurants where you can find very good seafood, authentic Mexican food ,or have a burger, & pizza

It was okay. Staff didn't seem to enjoy their jobs for the most part and outdoor bars and the indoor coffee shop were understaffed. The restaurants were good at times but far from special. I wouldn't stay here again.

It should be known that the Grand Oasis Palm and the Oasis Palm are the same resort. When you search, they come up as 2 different resorts. With the Grand you get different options.....like a refrigerator. When just booking through the Oasis Palm (not the Grand) you don't have a refrigerator in your room, or an ice bucket or any access to ice. So be prepared for not cold water. You also have to pay daily for your safe if you want one in your room, and its a key safe. If you lose the key (which we did) it was another $106 fee , so just be aware of that. Internet is also another daily fee if you need that.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!
We would never stay here again. We changed our reservation over 24hrs in advance and were not refunded for the day we didn’t use. We asked to speak to someone and they gave us a number in Panama where the admin is based! The customer service from the admin/management is horrible, they question and challenge you - zero awareness of customer service and no empathy towards you or the problem presented They promised only 30% booking due to COVID-19 requirements, and that was clearly not the case, the pool and beach were so crowded it was impossible to keep a safe distance. Most restaurants didn’t have AC We waited up to 1.5hrs to eat dinner and they were still about to refuse service since they close at 10pm, we had to talk to 3 managers to be able to have dinner. The managers were argumentative and defensive. However, since we didn’t back down and let them know we would make a scene, they let us eat there and also gave us a pass to eat breakfast at a nicer restaurant than we were entitled to The hotel is next to the marina which makes the water dirty and the buoys so close to shore it makes the area where you can swim very small and crowded. The toilet in Both of our bedrooms didn’t work very well and neither did the AC in one of them. The pool closes early (6-7pm). The field employees (bar tenders, waiters, hosts, etc) were very nice and polite, the lack of organization and poor mgmt that made this a frustrating experience. Stay somewhere else!

Masks were not required and people were way too comfortable during a pandemic. I was very uncomfortable with lack of social distancing. There were lots and lots of people in the pools. The food was not great either. I was disappointed ☹️

Poor
We didn't stay at Oasis Palm it was closed when we got there they sent us to the Grand Oasis Cancun it was a bigger hotel with more swimming pool area more restaurants but the beach was filthy and the entertainment wasn't as good as the Palm we've stayed at the palm before and in our opinion it's the better of the two sometimes in life bigger isn't better.
