Location & Comfort Great, but Tiny & Quirky Rooms
The room was stayed on was on the 6th floor and overlooked The Terrace. The windows can be opened which was fortunate as the ducted air conditioning had no controls & was either turned off or non-existent, so it was very hot in the room. The room was clean but tiny and we had no place to put our 2 open suitcases apart from on the floor which was hazardess as we had to keep stepping over them. There were also 2 steps up into the bathroom which was weird. The bed was very comfortable but the TV was placed in a very odd place on a bracket on the wall next to the bed so it was difficult to watch unless you were sitting at the small dining table. The remote control also didn't work so unless you are familiar with cable boxes you would find it difficult to operate the TV as the actual screen has no controls on it - it's basically a monitor. Parking can be pre-booked & costs extra. There are 5 parking spots from which you can access the hotel reception area but these spots require precision driving to get to as they are up a very steep ramp and are located on a wooden floor which is set at random, odd angles and the spots are really tricky to get into and out of. Unless you have a small car and most of the other cars are gone, it is nearly impossible to get your car out of a couple of the spots. There is another carpark located behind the hotel but no lift up to the hotel so you would need to lug your gear to the hotel lobby about 200+ m away. Hotel not suitable if mobility issues.

Fair 4.0
small room which was very hot- poor ventilation even with the balcony window open. Not enough car parking and they should have an agreement with the parking facility behind the hotel for discounted rates. Was in a good position though and access to the shark was very easy.

Good location
Conveniently located apartment. Great customer service. Apartment could have done with some extra provisions such as servingware in the cupboards for people who are staying in and not going out for their dinner.
