For the amount pf money a room goes for the least you could offer is free coffee until 10:30am since you don’t provide coffee makers in the rooms. Closing free coffee service at 8 am is a very base move at Hilton especially when you then have the nerve to charge $5, $7, and $9 at the Dulce coffee shop or $10 at Talaverde restaurant! Low class move, Hilton!

This resort was amazing! We will definitely be back. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly (no cell phones/ignoring guests)!! The whale watching was great! The pool was wonderful! The restaurants were very good. Mio's was one of our favorites with wonderful sushi and the view during dinner at Vela was amazing! We were disappointed that complimentary coffee is only served until 8:00 am. We are on vacation! Also finding seats at the pool was an extreme challenge even though my husband was up at 6:30 (to get his coffee) every morning to find seats. Many chairs had names on them all day but those guests would never show up. There should be a limit to how long the seats are held for those guests. It was frustrating not being able to find seats and then see seats sit empty all day because they were supposedly reserved for guests. That policy really should be looked at and adjusted. Overall we had an amazing stay and will most definitely be back in the future. Thank you to all the staff for their attention to detail and kindness! We especially want to thank the bartenders (Brandon, Jesus and Luigi) for going above and beyond in their service during our stay! The guys were always very kind, attentive and even created a special cocktail for my husband! They made us feel very much at home! Thank you for that! We will be back!

One of the best resorts to stay at in Cabo San Lucas, this was another great stay for me. Everyone is so welcoming, they work so hard, and just go above and beyond to make you happy here. Great pools, cabanas are only $100 so reserve ahead of time if you arrive early since your room won't be ready till 3pm. Do the same at checkout, put luggage with bellman in storage and take the late night flight home and enjoy one more pool day or cabana with bed by then ocean for an extra $100. Checkout is at noon. Restaurants are amazing here and the all you can eat breakfast buffet is a ton of food with a wide variety of breakfasts. Chow!

We really enjoy this waterfront property each time we’re in Cabo, and this particular visit boasted awesome whale watching from our balcony! It’s nice atmosphere, great spa and the staff’s hospitality is impeccable. We enjoyed the live music in the evenings and the food was great as usual. Special thanks to Geraldo (waiter at Lena), Fabiola (hostess at Lena), Larissa (concierge) Mario (housekeeping), Jose (waiter on the beach), Portal (room service) and Cinthia (at eForea spa) for making our trip even better…they stood out head and shoulders above the rest. :-)
