Worst stay in my life
It was worst stay in my life. I was not able to take a hot-water shower almost for two days in the winter of Paris. I could understand that this hotel didn't have any own repairman, but their service was terrible. On the first day, it was almost night, I and my colleague found that there was no running hot water. So, I asked the reception when it will be repaired. Then he told me that it would be repaired tomorrow morning , so I asked him again, are there any place to take a bath around here?, he told me the fitness center 6 minutes walk away. So, we visited the fitness center but we was not able to take a bath, because there was no facility for visitor. We were fooled him. We were almost frozen to die. In the second day morning, it wasn't repaired. That's not what I heard. Then I asked again when it be repaired, the man answered that i would be around afternoon. Finally, the time when the hot water came was the night of second day. So, there had not been running hot water almost for 40 hours. Because of that, I caught a cold.

Exceptional 10.0
I have been travelling for a good 2 decades and I cannot stress how important is customer service and cleanliness in hotels. This experience was beyond our expectations and we enjoyed our stay. All the staff, Glarissa in particular, was brilliant and she took care of us so well along with all the other things she was multi tasking. Location wise it was great too. Shopping, cafes, transport, convenience store, pub all within 5 mins of walking. The area is busy enough during the day and it gets quiet at night for much needed peace and sleep. This was our first time to France-Paris and for those who are planning too, I will like to comment that expect rooms to be tiny and small. I did and it helped from mindset perspective. It’s nothing to do with hotels, it’s just what it is in France. Also check if the hotel you are selecting has hot water kettle . If not that’s ok you just have to ask the reception to provide you one as not all the hotels provide one with rooms like AsiaPacific region. Cheers and enjoy the city! N

Good 6.0
The hotel has excellent location, in the very centre of Paris, close to many points of interest. Reception was also good and friendly. Breakfasts are good. The problem is that we have been given extremely small room no. 106. Definitely it should not be the double room but the single one.The hotel advertises itself with pictures of its rooms but the room no. 106 absolutely did not resemble these rooms. What is more, the washing basin in the bathroom was completely blocked and water could not flow out. All in all I will not stay in this hotel once more. And do not take room no. 106 if it is offered to you.

Nightmare hotel
At arrival, I checked in and was told my room was not ready by a rude staff... when I came back I was informed that my room was on the third floor and the lift did not work... When I got to the room there was a guy cleaning the windows putting dust in the entire room (and I'm allergic to dust) - I asked him to leave and the guy just ignored me. Terrible terrible terrible

Quick overnight stay
The hotel was very pleasant. The room was clean and well appointed. This area of Paris is great for shopping and close proximity to Metro and tourist areas. There is not a lot of things to do in the evening as shops close up. Otherwise, it is a great hotel and I would recommend it.
