    For the price I wasn't this place to be as nice as it was. The room seemed to be updated and very clean. The staff was very friendly and the area felt safer than most other places. We were traveling with our pets and were pleased that their pet fee was cheap compared to other hotels/motels.

    DO NOT STAY HERE

    Traveled to my hometown for Christmas and decided it was easier to stay in a hotel with 5 year old twins. We checked in late on 12/23/21. It's a value hotel, so I honestly did not expect much. We got the kids showered and ready for bed. One of my kids got under the covers and told me something scratched him. I pulled the sheet back and could see a metal object poking through. I pull the top blanket away from the sheet to find a METAL DENTAL PICK. Thank God it did not penetrate my sons foot. Took me hours to get my kids to feel comfortable enough to fall asleep, and we left as soon as the sun came up the next morning. We were supposed to stay two nights, and I checked out early and went to a different hotel. The person at the front was super nice and told me a manager would reach out to me. I still have not heard from anyone, even after calling the hotel twice requesting someone to call me.
