DO NOT STAY HERE, FALSE ADVERTISING. I booked this so called resort for my son and grandsons, the web stated all-inclusive, they had three square meals , no snacks or in between meals/snacks, they had to pay for covid -19 testing to return to the US. No one spoke ENGLISH, every meal was PASTA , my 15yr grandson said the hotel is a sleep away camp but, with less things. Waste of money.

This is a scam. Do not book. I have requested 4 times now that the advertisement for the 'Cancun Tennis Inn - All Inclusive' is removed but Hotels.com have still not. It is not a hotel, it is a place to practice tennis.

This is a scam, I reserved this online, at shows in photos it seems a good Hôtel, but when I drove for 45 minutes from cancun in weired scary road , was no hotel there, just a small tennis school, They took money from but thanks god , I got refunded from my bank.
