Amazing, the best hotel I have ever visited in Paris in terms of quality and price. Large space, pleasant staff (very), good location - near Gare du Nord and Est, just a few minutes' walk to restaurants and bars, has its perky, small, but it has. We had a problem with a cancellation and they fixed it. Only the best reviews. BRAVO keep it up and we will visit again 1000%

Needs renovation
The place needs up keeping. The bathroom was leaking and the door lock broken and requires kicking of it to open or a hard pull. There was a huge crack on the side that looked like it was going to break off. The window can't be closed tight and when it gets windy, it blows it open. I woke up twice during the night because of the noise. I felt unsafe, when I went downstairs the first night, no one was at the front desk for the 20 mins I was waiting. Anyone could have walked in.

What a great city
Our visit to Paris was great. The hotel was well located to local and international trains. Whilst the rooms were a little small, the service from all staff was outstanding . We have stayed at a number of Staycity Apartments and service here didn’t disappoint
