We booked a stay while my daughter had a travel softball tournament. I have 4 younger children so I got a hotel room to swim while we were waiting between softball games. Upon arrival, we were told the pool was closed and wouldn’t be fixed. We decided to order dinner and there were no drinks anywhere but the front desk. I am a single mother and I asked my 9 year old to keep an eye on my 6 year old son while I ran down to the front desk to purchase drinks. 4 drinks for almost $20!! I get back to my hotel room and the manager of the hotel calls me at 5:30 pm asking me to leave the hotel because my children were peaking there head out the door waiting for me to get back. We were there for an hour and my children were scared of this man. I cannot believe how we were treated at this hotel. Never again Mr. Eddie Greyson Manager of the Hampton inn Hilliard OH

My business debit card was denied for payment, so had to pay through hotels.com app... Then the hotel debited my card full amount next morning... When I demanded an immediate refund they told me I had to wait 10 days... Unacceptable, because you weren't given permission and my card was denied 2x due to not accepting PayPal all of a sudden... I was angry due to them not having a reason why it happened being my card was declined by them... I was asked to leave because Ithey felt I threatened them when I told them I would call corporate on them... I did call corporate...

Ive stayed here alot and this time it felt alittle dirty and the corner person wasnt very helpful. Didnt know if there a printer in the business center or where a store i was looking for. In the past there was a gentleman at the desk who was always helpful. The manger helped with the printer. He is always helpful and professional
