The outside looked pretty good. Check-in was very quick. Once inside the room there’s a very strong mold smell (probably the carpet). Room was pretty clean but everything is so old (sofa,pillows,etc..) Bathroom was very old and somewhat dirty. Check-out was really fast. The price was somewhat decent and you get what you pay for. I would not stay here again and I would not recommend to others.

My 2 grandchildren and myself all went home with rashes after 2 night stay. There hardly any light or ventilation at the indoor pool. They asked us to put towels outside the door to be replenished but never got any towels.

Can not say enough good things about the staff - joe, mark and Nova went above and beyond to make our stay work. We had a small issue with the air conditioning and they quickly moved us to another room that had a working unit. The safety lock on both sliding doors was a bit concerning as the sliders didn’t lock and the backer for the safety bar was broken on both but we managed. Perfect place for a quick stop on the cape!

The room was fine. Disappointed that although there was a (Keurig) coffeemaker in the room, there were no coffee pods--you had to buy them in the gift shop. or go to the lobby for coffee. They should have enough pods in the room for a couple cups per guest per night.

The staff was very friendly. Only issue was that I don't feel as if anything has been changed in decades. Duct tape holding the shower curtain on. Mismatched and missing shower curtain rings? Pillows that are one inch thick and about. Room very dark and unfortunately, when curtain was open, we had a direct view of family eating by the pool. Mirrors and microwave were not cleaned?

The IV is such a fun place to stay. You can literally park your car and not leave the resort. They have everything you need right here. The staff are so friendly and accommodating and the food is amazing!!!
