it's perfect and convenient, overall is comfortable. 雖然離近的地鐵不是山手線，但有日比谷和銀座線，離JR 八丁崛和私鐵八町崛 步行10分鐘會到，建議可以搭計程車。離東京車站，車程也是約10分鐘的路程。飯店人員非常有耐心熱誠。對面的超商營業時間，開得很早也開得很晚，真的很方便。

very spacious for our family of 4. very nice appliances such as toaster & washing machine. parking around the area is expensive though, but so is anywhere in tokyo. location was good, close to subway. and also a short taxi ride home at night after all day shopping in the ginza area (costed <1000 yen)
