The sea view rooms offered stunning views, and the staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and respectful. Chef Marcus went out of his way to prepare something tailored just for me, and the waiter Mauricio and Candido were attentive and helpful throughout my stay. Anytime you needed something, someone was right there to take care of it. The staff truly made my solo getaway a relaxing escape. Thank you to everyone!

We had such a wonderful time at the resort, very romantic settings, wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. Our butler Enrique was stellar, top-tier! He attended to all of our needs during our stay, and we were even surprised on our last night there we came back to our room to a beautiful display of flowers decorated on our bed top! Everything exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend to anyone looking for a great time to book here. We're already looking forward to our trip here next year!

I LOVED this place, it is super relaxing. I didn’t leave the Resort just simply enjoyed everything beautiful it had to offer. Everyone was so friendly and amazingly attentive & as soon as I arrived I felt taken care of. I would love to come back soon for another stay, but this time longer! I really enjoyed walking around and exploring the lovely landscape with beautiful animals that live in the resort, everyone greets you during your stay and are always asking you if you need anything!! The room was so comfortable, I was able to enjoy many sunrises, at the comfort of my own bed. I really enjoyed the Joya restaurant, and ordering my food & drinks by the pool. All the drinks were so delicious! My butler was amazing. Her name was Norma, and overall she made everything x2 easier, she really made me feel at home. In general this place is so nice for unwinding, providing everything peaceful & serene. Can’t wait to be back soon, It was so hard to leave!

This was our second visit to the property since the renovation and rebrand and we once again had a truly excellent vacation. Team members were all professional and welcoming. The food and beverage selection well exceeded our expectations; our room (complete with Frette linens and Byredo amenities) was perfectly clean with a lovely sea view; and the pool and grounds were beautifully maintained.

Our staff was 11/10. The staff was so amazing. We were upgrade to Diamond Club status and our Butler Enrique was the best. I can’t say enough about what a fabulous stay we had! I wish I could go today but I’ll wait until next year. It was the very best 50th birthday celebration I could ask for. Our room was gorgeous. Falling asleep to the waves each night was heaven. The food was delicious and we even got to enjoy a private cooking class with the chef. We painted canvases overlooking the ocean. We had tequila tasting. I can’t say enough good on and on. There wasn’t ever a time that we were waiting for service. The whole staff was so accommodating and they all deserve raises!

The room sizes are amazing. You get tons of space with 4 key areas, a living room, a bedroom, a massive bathroom and a generous outdoor patio space. All rooms come with an ocean view which makes selection much easier. We opted for the plunge pool which offers a perfect private option for relaxation in the room itself. There's 2 massive TVs as well which makes some of the downtime in bed a little more fun. The bathrooms are exceptional. Amazing rainfall shower, huge soaker tub, double sink.

We stayed about a week. Very secluded away from the noise. Very quiet and relaxing. Minimal entertainment which is fine for us. Cancun and Playa del Carmen are fairly close by Uber or Taxi. Such a lovely resort. Very lovely staff. Definitely some of the best drinks I have had an all inclusive resort. Dining is somewhat limited, but all really good food. Also, most of the restaurants don't require reservations which was nice to not have to have everything planned out as soon as you arrived. They offered some really fun classes like ceviche making, and tequila/mezcal tastings. I prefer these types of experiences over some the shows, etc that other resorts offer. We are typically more beach people but we knew going into this vacation that the beaches were not very swimmable in the area due to the seaweed. They had lovely pools, with plenty of chairs and umbrellas and friendly staff to help with umbrellas and get food and beverages. Definitely some of the best drinks I have had an all inclusive resort. I would definitely recommend staying on an upper floor as our beachfront room was very obstructed by bushes, etc. Also, our plunge pool didn't have water and was making a strange noise for quite a bit of the time but honestly didn't bother us much. Overall had a really good stay!

The staff really made us feel like family and went out of their way to make sure that our stay was amazing! The food was the best food I've ever had at an all inclusive! No buffet and everything à la carte. The property is beautiful and tranquil and there is a lot of beautiful wildlife around that made you feel even more immersed in nature. The room was huge and beautiful and there was a wonderful ocean view. The only room for improvement is in the road leading to the hotel that had a lot of pot holes. However, even with that I am counting down the days to when I can go again! Amazing experience truly!
