Disappointed
Check in was almost a non-verbal experience, no greeting other than "I need your card, drivers license and sign here". We arrived early evening, dropped our bags and went out for a meeting. When we were back in our room we realized the bed was rock hard, had one sheet with a thread bare comforter, if thats what it was supposed to be and I could not get a call back from staff. Too late to make any changes so we alternated between bed and chair trying to get some sleep. Went down for breakfast, got a coffee and without any warning, food was being put away early. There were other people in dining area as well . It would have been nice if staff could have made an announcement. We like that location but will stay next door the next few weekends, Disappointed for sure

Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites
Stayed two nights on a business trip. Hotel was a very short drive from the Interstate. Very clean, amenities were good, and plenty of restaurant choices nearby. Overall, happy with my stay here.

Disappointed!
This was the worst stay I've had in a hotel. If you want a good night sleep, don't stay here. The walls are paper thin. You can hear the people in the room next to you having normal conversation. With children, none of us got any sleep.

Cold room and when heated air got dry and irritated eyes also trash was not emptied but everything else was good minus overload in pool and hottub
