    Be careful
The area is very dodgy! Scared to get mugged every time we left the hotel!

    Not 5 Star!
For a so called 5 star hotel I have stayed in better 3 stars. First impression was a very curt "Hi" from front reception. I expected, as we have always received from smaller hotels, a nice warm polite Buona Sera and welcome ..... Room was very average and very tired. Shower pressure ordinary. No room to put our suitcases other than on the floor. Air conditioner made a vague attempt at cooling the room and noisy. Next day was somewhat better with a nice breakfast upstairs. Front reception were particularly helpful with our enquiries so I can only think the young man who checked us in the night before had not had any training. What was really helpful was that the lady at reception on check out told us how to go through the Termini so that we could avoid the rather unsavoury neighbourhood. In summary this hotel needa to firstly ensure staff are correctly trained and some money spent on the rooms to bring it up to the standard we would expect from a Radialon Blu hotel.

    Great pool
Pool was amazing!! Needs a bit of a revamp.Food was horrid. Staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful, especially reception staff(Sonia especially rude!!) good location for transport. Pool bar was cool. Wouldn't stay here again.

    Outdated Modern, but Convenient Location
Hotel is conviniently located next to the Roma Termini train station. Very easy and inexpensive way to commute from airport to hotel and back. Station also has a shopping mall and numerous restaurants to chose from. Lobby's check-in desk should be updated as it now some-type of frame wrapped in cloth. The entire hotel style appears to be that of modern, however, it now seems to be outdated. Room was clean. No issues with plumbing. Window faced the train station, but was not overly noisy. Room was service daily, but complimentary water was not refilled. Standard room safe was available, but there was no iron/ironing board. Little confusing during check-in as my employer paid for two nights and I paid for another two nights on my own. Had to explain staff the situation. Same staff member upon departure charged again for "city tax," but it had all been paid in full in advance. Not sure if it was a language barrier or not really caring. During transition of payment for rooms, my room key did not work. Had to return to lobby again to switch key, but again the key did not work and had to again go down to the lobby for another key replacement. Had to wait in line the first time for too long so I jumped the line the second time. Very frustrating after having beenout all day. Could use more staff to help in lobby. Hotel still a good location to city tour buses. Nice roof top bar and pool area. Friendly bar staff.

Shower in the middle of the room?
Overall the hotel was nice, clean and close to the train station. However, I arrived at night, and although it is walkable from the train station to the hotel, I did feel uneasy walking through the area at night. The room was clean, but the shower was in the middle of the room, right behind my bed, which is something I have never experienced before. I only stayed one night, so the oddness was suitable for a 1-night stay.
