Overall good just couldn't add a night reasonably
Room overall was great but when we wanted to book 1 more day, the room was available but went from $129 a night to $280 a night. Major price gouging. So, we had to check out and find a hotel down the road for 1/2 that price. That was a inconvenience. But, the Drury hotel was great too!!

Nice, but no frills hotel. Breakfast buffet was good. Would be nice if the breakfast hours were just a little longer. Would stay here again.

The morning of my first planned stay...i got a text saying....my reservation had been cancelled! Paid in full march 10...but no...they kicked me out of the Residence Inn in carmel. Had to rebook farther south away from my travel group. NOT HAPPY

Staff was nice, room was clean and comfortable. Apparently our room was on the opposite end of the hotel from where the boiler for hot water is and had to leave our shower running for a good 20 minutes in order to get hot water. We just had to adjust accordingly after learning about this. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely return.
