This room is listed as soundproof. That is a lie. I thought, great, a room near the airport with soundproofing. Oh no, no, no no. I heard my neighbors on both sides. I heard what sounded Ike someone hammering nails after busines hours. I heard the staff downstairs calling the police, then the police when the guy didn't come out f his room. I heard kids stomping. I was MAD that soundproofing was a joke. It's easy to just do not put a listed amentity when that is a lie. Beware, the metal bed frame creaked with any movement. The bed itself was comfy as long as you don't move. The room was decent, it looked nice and updated in part other than the bathroom. The bathroom was clean and had hot water and towels. The tv mostly worked and got some channels. The light on the mirror above the sink was fancy. The sink faucet was loose and I don't think there was soap, just makeup remover. The continental breakfast was existant.

the manager was helpful and quick! The morning shift staff was decent and accommodating. The night shift worker was rude, lazy and inconsiderate!! I asked the cleaning ladies to clean my room while I was gone and they didn’t!!!! My room was never cleaned. I had to go to the front desk to get tissue, wash rags and towles. The dispensers were broken in the shower , there were ants all in the bathroom! I stayed there before and never had any problems and this time was horrible….

The cost of the room was approximately $110 for one night . The room that I had booked was not cleaned regarding the sink and the bathtub area. Oh It was not cleaned by the cleaning staff. The beds was made up in very good condition, but the bottom leg of one of the double bed was not sturdy to the point it could’ve broke the bed frame. The hotel staff is not taking good details of the bedroom furniture if something needs to be replaced. Also, the pop machine was not plugged up on the second floor. It was unplugged which this is not a good amenity if you’re trying to provide services for snacks and pop for people traveling from places to stay at your hotel Also the hallway going to the second floor had a terrible odor and it didn’t smell fresh. Staff was very friendly and nice. But I would not stay at this hotel ever again due to the cleanliness of the room.

The tv did not connect to the internet and wouldn't work. The chair was stained . The bed creeked and was not long enough for my husband. The man working the counter was knowledgeable and friendly. This was just a place to sleep for a early morning flight. I wouldn't recommend for anything else.
