Beautiful Setting
Lovely grounds overlooking the Marina and ocean. We were there to catchup with a cruise ship that we missed in Ft. Lauderdale. Property was very clean but really needs the carpets replaced in the hallways. Outstanding dining room overlooking the pool and ocean. Excellent breakfast and dinner meals. Outstanding customer service. We would definitely stay there again.

First class survive when checking on. Went the extra mile to accommodate our specific needs. At all times during the stay there was always a friendly response to request for information. The rooms were very comfortable. Mattress was a little unforgiving for my wife but OK for me. Just a matter of taste really. Pillows not perfect (lumpy) but not a major problem. Room service was friendly and efficient. On arrival no Kettle available but was organised promptly when requested. The breakfast was brilliant with such a wide variety of food from which to choose. The dining room was very impressive with stunning views. Fascinating to see the cruise ships coming and going during our stay. Right on the doorstep so to speak. Lovely grounds and very well maintained. Some of the areas of the hotel are slightly tired and require some upgrading - I believe this is being planned for the near future. Overall a very pleasant stay and excellent value for money.

Not a 5* hotel. It had many amenities, outdoor space very well maintained and all needed to have a great time no matter the occasion however the indoor was a let down, rooms were outdated, had doors damaged by water inside bedroom, hotel telephone did not work,(tried 2 different ones), Water leaks from ceilings inside bedroom, cleaning staff didn’t bother calling anyone to fix. I would rate this hotel 4 star and that’s because of all the amenities that has to offer. Location is great. 5 star rating is insulting other well deserved 5 star hotels in the region.
